OK im having one of those weeks where i dont know if want to keep my Zed. I have now put a scarab front bumper and viper wings on, and have now just started having doubts on wether i want to keep on with this car or change. so if you had the choice of the following cars HONESTLY which one would you have for looks and performance as i really do want to make a beast of a car i just cant decide which to do it with.

300ZX TT

MK3 Supra

MK4 Supra

RX-7

Skyline

what would you do?

Deffo not a MK3 Supra, find them quite dated, but not dated enough to look old-skool cool if you get my meaning. MK4s are ugly. RX-7 is nice, although they've just never really done it for me. So that's left with the 300ZX or the Skyline. Now I like both, but love Targas, so personally, for me, it would be the 300ZX.

One RX-7 I do still really like is the old Turbo 2 convertible....only in brilliant white though. Still look kinda exotic.

thing is if i look out the window i love the look of my car but i just dont seem to have the enthusiasm i used to have for it, i dont no if its just the fact of being bored of sports cars or if im just having one of theose weeks.

Splash out on a new set of split rims and you'll change how you feel about it. Sounds silly, but I've been riding around on manky standard alloys whilst I've been taking it to the bodyshop. Even after respray it looked pretty grim. Once I'd put my 18s back on, I was in love with the thing again.

PLUS, it's winter. lol

zed or the rex

ย

supras are cheap to mod but 10 a penny

skylarks just dont look nice, end of. very dull.

I used to think like this, but since selling the Ford Focus recently and switching back to the Z, I really appreciate its ability to wipe the floor with the numerous cocky tw@ts I've encountered this week around here. Must be something to do with this time of year  .

MK4 supra if I wanted a dragster, FD3S RX7 if I wanted a nimble sports car. Skylines are too expensive imo.

I think my ideal car would be a black manual slicktop, with a nice suspension/brake setup, 16G blowers, maybe wide arch, niiiiice :D

i do miss my zed, but then i look out of the window and see the lotus and im ok again.

300ZX TT is the best looking car under ยฃ30,000. That's fact, that is.

Other than that, go for a Corvette C6.

Red.

I know that because I have both.

If you really decide to ditch the Zed, the Rex is the only one you should be looking at.

ย

The rest are dull as dishwater...

As we have A Rex and its nearly completed being moded I'm a bit baised. lol

ย

But Zeds and Rex's get my blood rushing but so do early Supra's but that's for a different reason lol

ย

There's only one Skyline that has ever made me go all weak at the knee's and it's up for sale now. I'd buy it if I had the extra monies.

ย

Go have a good look at them all, take a couple of test drives in the nicer ones, do a little reading and see how you feel. There's no harm in looking and it might be a bit of fun, you may even rediscover your first love. :)
