Members,

You will recieve your 2007 Calendars through the post in the next 2-3 days (providing you have already forwarded your address and paid)

If you haven't done the above, can I ask you again, to do so ASAP.

Can you please use this thread to confirm that you have recieved it and also to give the club some feedback on the quality, content or the design of the calendars, whether it be good, bad or indifferent.

Please do not use this thread for anything else, other than confirmation of delivery and feedback

Thanks

When you go, ask them to wiegh it in front of you and show you the pricing, as they definately told me £1.39 was enough and I used £1.44

should only be a pound for handling charge and cost of posting was on mine, the same as Steve said £1.39

Sorry - just checked the slip - £2.39 not £2.85.

I can take a photo of the slip from the post office and post it here if you want.

I think the extra charge is to disuade people from doing this sort of thing.

Like I said, I'm not bothered about the money. Just glad to hear I wasn't the only one!

Did yours have 2 x 72p stamps on it?

If so, why have they charged you?

No mate no stamps were on it. don't worry about it, I'm def not. it a top class piece of work by all involved.

thanks for sorting this out, hats off too you.

Recieved mine today. Absolutley brilliant! The only very little problem there is is that some of the pics are blurred but thats just the quality of the file I think.

Ivan

Got mine today....awesome...will look good on the wall of my kitchen! Well done to everyone involved!

I've been away for a week but got home to find mine waiting

Excellent job! It looks very professional, really well printed with some great Z pics :)

Glad I ordered 2 :D

Thanks Steve, must have taken you ages to sort out

If you haven't ordered one then ask, I think there's a few spares available :)

I took the 1st calendar to the post office and got it weighed. I was told £1.39p was the cost of 2nd Class delivery.

The stamps I have used were 2 x 72p stamps (£1.44), therefor, should have been more than enough to cover the cost

Viniboy: Are you saying your envelope had no stamps on it?

If so, then I apologise. Obviously a mistake on my behalf.

Yes Steve no stamps mate just a yellow sticker from the PO. Not really bothered about any refunds BTW just wanted to know what had happened. Every pound the club saves is a pound towards the next club offer so please dont refund... :duffer:

You're right Ivan, some of the pics are not the best. Had trouble getting high res pics from some members. I think Yewcheck's and Uno's were a little blurred. Never mind. It wasn't their fault though, as I was late getting my arse into gear and ended up pushing members for pics ASAP.

Still, I think overall, the calendar turned out really well.

Everyone knows what's required for next year, in terms of the kind of pics I'm after and the spec lists. I plan to start a lot earlier next year, with a view to having all 12 cars selected by the summer. Maybe it's something we could decide at JAE (selecting the 12 cars I mean).

I will be asking members to forward their pics and spec lists around May time. Once we have a good selection in, we can select the best ones.
