I've just bought my Z32 and the steering wheel is pretty knocked about. It's worn and scratched and a bit scabby.

Where's the best place to get a replacement, and how much should I look to spend including any necessary adaptor boss? I've seen some on Ebay - are they any good?

Cheers,

T.

Hi Tony and welcome

Best to get a replacement from one of the traders, Andyz or Ricerocket uk see the traders section. If you want to go aftermarket then yes you will need a boss that accommodate hicas switches for TT's and cruise control buttons you maybe able to relocate the cruise control buttons but I'm not sure.

Mine was exactly the same. The previous owner must have worn a sovereign ring on every finger of his right hand. Anyway, I wasn't happy with it at all. No problemo. Started a new thread in the "items wanted" section of the site, I had a reply in a day and finished up buying an excellent condition replacement from a fellow member, at a very reasonable price.

You won't need a hicas boss as yours is a N/A. You can get a Z31 boss from Halfords that will fit no problem. Around £35-40.

Welcome to the madhouse Tony.

Glad yer sorted with a moter now!

Good to see you are spending aleady.

You just have to remember who I am when Im here. If you know wot I mean

I have one in good condition from a 1994 TT, with no cruise switches. Is that the type you are looking for? £40 delivered

I have one in very good condition from a 1991 NA, with cruise switches and the centre Z badge is still there. £40 delivered
