but it's not a bright idea to bypass an important sensor, then go out and see if you get full boost (which will heat up your coolant)... first you'll know of a problem is when you see the steam!!!!

 

I assume you've cleaned up the plug??

YEAH HAVE TRIED THAT BUT STILL NO LUCK ALSO THE CONNECTOR THAT FITS ONTO THE CTS IS IN POOR CONDITION HAVE USED A CABLE TIE ANY OTHER IDEAS?

Order a temp sensor harness from MJP in the traders section.

Chop the connector off and fit some spade connectors that fit instead...

dont know iff you know bud but a temp sensor from a nissan micra is the same as the zed,in fact iff you ask at a normal motor factors they have them for the zed which allso fits a lot of nissans micra and zed included. hth ;)
