Sad news for those looking for a reliable car......

.....while your 300ZX is off the road?

"Something a little sad happened today. The last Reliant Robin rolled off a production line in the UK. The car is one of those nightmare designs that finds its character as

the butt of a million jokes. But against all odds, it just kept going. A 'cheap'n'cheerful three wheeler, it can be

driven on a motorcycle licence. Production was low volume, but kids and elderly types upgrading from motorcycle plus sidecar, lapped them up. They were always a bit unstable at speed on country lanes (as a teenager, one of my mates would regularly give us a 'white knuckle' ride in one) but

they formed a small part of the British automotive landscape for many years. And they were slightly eccentric, like caravans and picnics in a lay-by. So, farewell Reliant

Robin. Trabant and the rest of the guys are waiting for you at the great automotive museum in the sky!"
