took about an hour and a half - and most of that was fiddling with a couple of hard-to-get-at nuts and trying to splice some wire together. otherwise it was a simple job, and im no DIY guy!

just a question - when the headlights are switched on, the inverter (the little black box) makes a faint high-pitched whistling noise. is this normal?

the rear panel seems to work fine - the sun's out so i had to put a thick jacket over my head to see it working. it seems to be quite dull in colour but when compared to the stock picture it seems to be ok. i'll get another picture when its dark tonight. the cool thing is that the light is exactly the same colour as my car! :nana2: :nana2:

If I remember correctly Dave your postcode was there for all to see but now it isn't and what we see now is South Central, which sounds like a train station and gives me no clue whatsoever where you are :laugh:
