Noob to ICE - need some assistance

I've never really been into ICE, but want to fit a sub to my Z. 10" is fine. My friend has a Pioneer 700 watt 10" sub (300watt nominal) which I might buy.

 

What amp will I need? Not after anything fancy as I don't intend to run anything else off it. I've already replaced the rear speakers and will replace the fronts which I'll just run off the HU with the bass turned right down. The stereo does have a pre-out as well.

 

Any help is appreciated.

    i have a mosfet 250watt 3,2 or single channel amp that will run it. works perfect. hardly used 30 quid

    I'd have that, but have since found out that I need to match the RMS...so 250 isn't powerful enough. Cheers anyway bud.
