Can i use my Auto water cooler for the oil?

hi all,

 

I have a manual TT.

But I have a automatic speed radiator which include oil cooler for gearbox.

 

Do you think I could use the extra cooler for my engine oil or will it warm up to much the water?

    the cooler in the radiator is too small.

    Get a proper oil cooler.

    The autobox oil cooler on those radiators is very small and virtually useless. Whilst I can see no reason why it would not work, I don't think you will see much, if any difference if you make additional use of it for you engine oil.

     

    If you have any issues with the temperature of your engine oil, it would be far easier just to get a slightly larger radiator and replace your existing one.
