basically you shouldnt really have to top it up unless it has a leak.

:slap: dont say that!!!!

We've only just sorted the leak... and i topped up about 10 days ago and my light is on again..

dont know if it is a leak coz the hicas light comes on ocasionally but then goes off ! Any thoughts?

sounds like you have same trouble as me hunnipie, i top up once every three weeks but cant find a leak anywhere???? its got me stumped

oops, that last one was me posting under hunnipies login !!!!

Thing is, when we open the power sterring resivoir, it dont look like it needs topping up.

common problem... you have hydraulic fluid termitosis! little mites that breed in hydraulic systems and feed on the vegetable based nutrients in the fluid. they do have the added benefit of detering slugs and most types of poisonous frog but can be a pain when you have to keep topping up.

a simple fix however, fill up your reservoir with molten lava, leave to soak for 24hrs, drain and refill with grass and grolsh.

ps, i made all of that up, i am exceedingly drunk and hold no responsibilty for what i just typed. as for the poll, iv never topped mine up, sorry :wack:

My warning light came on untill I poured in some more but it takes more than you think LOL. It goes it and appears to be far too much wait a few seconds it all goes down re check the level and you find hell it still needs some or at least mine did.

Check if the level is still the same as when you topped it up yet the warning light is still flashing on and you know you for certain you have stopped all leaks then the only suggestion's must be:

A have you a problem with the warning light itself.

B have a blockage in the line somewhere.

Does any to this make any sense or idea to what to do next?
