He seems quite a nice fella actually - spoken to him on the phone a couple of times......

 

Let's also not forget the mess the country was in before Maggie came to power; 90% tax, the public sector manipulated and held to ransom by the unions, shat on by Europe/USA/world etc etc (hang on, that sounds a bit familiar........ :rolleyes: ) Yet she turned it round and put the Great in Great Britain. No other country f#cked with us when she was in charge and the world respected us a major power.

 

This lot have made me ashamed to be British; not just because they are a joke administration but because they've also allowed the PC establishment to make us feel xenophobic if we wave the flag and bask in the glories of this country's past achievements; or remotely suggest a halt to immigration :xxx:

I certainly do not want to pay any more tax, direct or indirect either :rant:

 

To put it into perspective, my annual PAYE and employees National Insurance (EXCLUDING the extra 12.8% NI that my employers have to cough up for the privilege of having we work there....) amounts to more than my wife's gross annual salary. She earns £18K FFS :wack: .

 

On top of that there's VAT, fuel duty, etc etc. Now I read that I'm going to have to pay more council tax to cover Labour's immigration feck-up AND to top up council workers' pension funds so they can still retire at 55; while Blair makes the rest of us work on until 68..... :xxx:
