....atually I find myself often slipping into a higher gear, in an attempt to quieten down the engine/exhaust in villages....except when theres kids/teens/twenties about.......then you put it in whatever gear makes the most noise :)

You think pedestrians are bad, you should try cyclists. The only thing that saved a highly unobservant pimply 15-year-old lad from being mown down by me two days ago was my youth misspent playing computer and video games in order to develop superfast superhuman reactions. I still have no idea how he failed to notice the large, wide, black, roaring monolith that is my zed bearing down on him (at lunchtime in broad daylight) as he dropped off the kerb less than 10 yards in front of me. Stopped less than 2 feet from him. You should have seen his face though, it was priceless.

It's weird how some people have no idea.

 

I cylced to town did the business coming home and some idot woman looked at me then stepped off the curb, quick reactions by myself saved her form becoming an addition to my handlebars but the eggs I'd got for a neighbour didn't survice.

:headvswal :headvswal had to go back to town again to get more eggs. Woman never even offered to pay for them. Needless to say she got a piece of my acid tongue and directions to the optican. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

there was a 3dfx card patch that smoothed all the textures out etc but only worked on 3dfx cards not open gl accelerated ones :(

another 'satisfying' game was quarantine!

 

They just don't make games like they used to.......

Dead rising on xbox 360. Played over 24 hours you basically have to rescue people, you have to photograph the zombies (as you're a photographer) to get kudos, etc.

 

It's gonna be fun and completely free roaming and you get everything to play with, every item in the game is usable as a weapon including golf clubs, light sabers, cutting sheers :D
