Manwell conversion

As some of you know I've just finished an auto to manual conversion, now its all completed, I have a bit of a problem engaging ALL gears. Thing is, if I drive the car slowly I have no problems at all, no grinding and engaging any gear is fine. But if you try to give it a bit of a right foot it will grind into all gears, even 5th. I've bled the system twice and there is no air there, tried adjusting the clutch pedal, still no luck.

Some one suggested that pressure plate might be a bit weak, I know that the friction plate was changed very recently. What else could it be? bent fork. The car I got the g/box from suffered a heavy front end collission, but visually the g/box looked ok. :headvswal

ps found this cluth in the US, any one tried it :http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XTD-STAGE-3-CLUTCH-FLYWHEEL-90-96-300ZX-TWIN-TURBO_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33730QQihZ009QQitemZ190016028322QQtcZphoto

Have you had someone inside the car pressing the clutch pedal down and been underneath and measured the clutch fork movement. It could be synchro trouble which when going slow it will engage OK but at speed will then clunk because it not meshing the next gear correctly.

i've fitted the same clutch to 3 other zx's and 2 honda crx's and they never had any bother with them.

I haven't actually mesured the fork travel but obviously seen it move. How long should it be?

The synchro's, they not gonna be worn on all gears are they?! thats very unlikely I think.

Cool, that's my next buy then

No they ould not all be worn, which makes me think it is a clutch clearance ploblem. Do you know what oil is in the box, that could also cause problems.

I've drained the old oil and filled up with fresh g/box oil MT80 I think?! about 3 litres

Its likely to be a clutch clearence problem, but why
