Just been looking on the traders site i posted on thier 2 weeks ago without anyone getting back to me i also see others on thier not getting the same service. I know all arnt like that but it is a pain at times, :headvswal can not see the point of them on their if they dont answer our questions, i suppose it is just an advert for them without aftermarket sales help etc..oh well

Me Ryan (ztech) and noticed someone else to another trader. As you can see by the posts in thier.

Best off phoning the traders as they probably havn't got the internet where they work and if it was me and wouldn't want to spend all night working on the forum questions as well! I know its expected but its not really fair IMO

Personally IMO that kinda defeats the object of having their own personal forum. As above has shown, no responce causes threads like this and would make newbies think that most/all traders are the same............

So much simpler for the trader to put a statement at the start of their forum.

Presumably they could subscribe to their forum and get email notifications though? They wouldn't have to come on here unless something had been posted on their forum.

Sure its not that much of a hardship to come on here for 5 min of an evening to check their own part of the forum and answer people, I mean its like saying they dont pick up the phone at work cos well its a lot of effort. :rolleyes:

I and everyone else knows full well you are the voice of Ztech, so NO MY point was in relation to the odd few who do not respond on the traders forum, which gives the ones who do a bad name when threads like this are started.

Now rather than responding to my post, repsond to the guy who started this, after all it was YOUR company he was wanting to contact.

secondly if a trader wishes to pay his subs then your problem is?,i did not notice the post generally because like many others can not be arsed/or have time to come on,however i do because i have been here long enough and if i can help i will.companys such as smithy who has time on his hands to sit infront of the pc on a daily basis thats fine thats what they do,if you feel ryan is wasting the forums time beeing on there take it up with the moderators,many members who have had work carried out @ ztech will be happy,some maybe un happy etc,thats life and as much as you like to do your best,there will always be a couple of bad ones,off subject here as you can see!point being contact numbers and addresses are cleary on the website,internet,and traders section,so if your unhappy with unanswered posts pick up the phone,send a letter etc :rolleyes:
