None have inspired me, well a few have in USA/Europe regarding the engine build, but none have bodywise.

There wont be any other like mine when its finished

lol

Hmm.... I would have to say Im inspired by all of the above listed, they are all a credit to there owners.

Plus Im a huge fan of James300's :

Not that mine will actually look like any of the above, I have my own plans , and thats the same for Engine, interior, handling and all other aspects.

Car is now off the road "making it happen", just need to rob a bank to realise all my plans

My mates bog standard zed inspired me :) I couldn't believe you could get a ferrari for a few grand lol! I knew nothing about jap cars at the time, it was definately a defining moment. Learning that such amazing cars were within my reach.

None have inspired me. I've always liked the look of the car...and what I've done to it was my own thing...although subtle. I'm not going for big power, or crazy bodymods. So it was down to my own liking of the car.

None really, i buy a car and i see it how it'll look when i've finished with it so saw the potential of the purple nasty as soon as i laid eyes on it

The first time a saw a stock new car on the road years ago and said I want that.

I like aspects of all the Zeds I've seen, but I want to keep mine looking stock in the main as that's what first caught my eye. But under the bonnett well that's a different kettle of fish. Polished bits and braided lines, upgrades to prolong the engine life , upgrades to the power output, and of course for my safety ie brakes, suspension. That came from seeing loads of Zed's and reading up everything I could get my tiny hands on LOL

FunkySi I guess, there aint too many pearl white ones around, loved his spoiler-less look so ripped mine off. I think he copied me on the wheel style though tbh ;)

Mine was inspired by Johnny from Grasshopper's wide arch beast years ago and I met Mac on one of their meets and copied a few ideas from his too.

It's nice to know you have a bit of gay spaceship in you Paul

I always try to be different that’s why I got the Z instead of a Scooby, skyline etc.

The Z is a proper sports car.

Mines all silver and black, the cars silver with a rainbow metal flake (never seen a silver metal flake car till now) with black lights 99spec front bumper, tailgate skin with third eye BMW mini brake light built in.

That’s it simple but stunning.

I like the car pretty stock (apart for the performance mods).

Paul

I bought the zed on a spur of the moment thing as a daily driver but James300's zed inspired me to get mine looking as good as possible.

lol

Wagz Z has just inspired me.. lol

I think all the top Zeds that you see at shows and on here inspire me, but I don't see something and say "wow I want that" I say "wow thats cool, how can I do it better?"

Mainly taken inspiration from other non Z cars for the current project though.

I think most people can guess where I get my inspiration from ;)

But my real inspiration has come from the other members on here, to give me the enthusiasm and to put the time and effort (not to mention money) into making this particular car totally MINE!! :D

I'd like to say a very big THANK YOU to all the membership over the years I've been here. Also quite a few others who are no longer in this club, one that springs to mind is SENNA (sp?) another one who does pop up from time to time is SRRAE   These two names spring to mind because before the time you had to register, I used to trawl through this site and would come across their cars, and that made me want one even more.

This is the car that inspires me apart from the hidious front end and mine will have distinctively similar widw arse apearance by the spring

Some very kind comments there and I'm genuinely touched that mine has been mentioned.

As Mike said, Warren's car originally inspired me then onto my Z as it is now it was this CGI -
