Do they actually blow off mate?-you checked there not leaking under boost?

yep you put your foot down boost hits about 9 psi (no more)

then let off and woosh put the screw in a bit more and still the same

boost gauge sits at 9psi doesnt move down etc

How were you hitting 1 bar?-ebc or jets? :wack:

ebc

Right,I can only think of a couple of things at the mo'-first you need to check you haven't plumbed the BOV's in such a way that you have by-passed the controller,ie getting standard boost!

Or secondly the bov's are too weak and letting boost go,if this makes sense?

bovs shouldnt be to week as people have used them over 1 bar .

and as for by-passing ebc havent thought of that ,like i said i blocked off the vacum hose from the old rec .the blitz manual says to leave them on and put a t piece in do you think this is a good idea???

if the bovs are to week wouldnt it woosh when you hit 9 psi etc with out lifting off

Try it the Blitz way mate, can't hurt.It could be your the wrong side of the controller,if you see what I mean?

As for the bov's,if they were weak they would leak under any boost,I reckon the problem is plumbing mate!-if it was in front of me it would be so much easier! :)

Where have you plumbed the blitz bovs in Kevin??

I run them as well and have no problems

I run the vacuum to a T-peice at the front then upto the one of the pipes from the balance bar.

polishing must of done that 3 times a day lol.

should of said hello . :)

Mine are on hard pipes but on where the recircs go

I think it may be the recircs that are causing it as it sounds like the plumbing is OK

May be worth trying to T the bovs together and run one vacuum source to see if that helps??
