What is the black pot under the near side front wing

    at the front of the wing, near the bumper is the carbon cannister, at the back is one of the aiv's

    Is it easy to remove as I have got the front bumper off and the under wheel arch cover as well

     

     

     

    Its to help emissions I think, lots of people remove them.

    yeah, cybernet posted a link to it a little while back from memory youll need about 8 inches of silicone hose and a breather filter.

     

    cant remember which lines you join and which you leave venting.

    Just found the same link cheers ,will have a go at that tomorrow and get rid of the headlight washer as well for better air flow to the ic's
