i have payed a supposed to be fellow memberon this forum money for a part for the z he has not delivered and is blanking my e mails ,he was on site 10 mins ago i sent yet another pm checked forum and you guessed it he making out he s off line this is the 1st time i have had a problem like this as i have dealt with members and traders alike i am really p** :rant: sed off what should i do rantover thanxz to the honest members i have delt with

T-Pot Nothing like spouting off about stuff you don't know about. Ever thought That it has been sent over a week ago last Monday like I told Paul. Ever thought about speeking to a mod who has my home and works no if ya carn't get hold of me. Ever thought that some people have other lives and the forum is not something that I frequent often (my lad may have looked on the forum last night as many older members could tell you he used to come to a few meets and likes to read whats going off). Everthought about getting facts right in the first place and not being economical with the truth.

 

There is fook all I can do if TNT have lost it other than offer to return Paul his money which I have and he say's he'd rather have the Flywheel. Which Quite frankly I would rather that be the case, but if it hasn't appeared yet, It dosn't look like its going to. Though I have told Paul this morning I'll see what I can do, but its more likely months of hassle for me trying to get there insures to fork out. I know this because it happen with an exhaust system I sold Herman Monster about two and a half to three years back. Shit happens

mark i involved martin aka t-pot as he has helped me and other members out no end in the past i started the rant so the buck stops with me it was my problem but friends dont like to see what looks to be out of order ipaid for the item weeks back you had problems your end club regs state when selling or buying from a member keep each other informed etc but as you say you dont come on the forum that often the post you refer to that might of been your son looking in ,doesnt read like a lad it tends to read like some of your quotes in other posts so mark it is all resolved now so having a go at t-pot is doing no good the guy was acting on my behalf if you want to have a go at anyone please make it me thanks not that martin cant handle it cause believe me he can / my arguement /my grief the buck belongs to me rant over

With regard to the body shell i told you I had to get my unit sorted out first and said about 2 to 3 weeks. you said you wanted to get shut and if i didn't collect in that time frame you'd probably get shut. Unfortunately I couldn't and next thing I know your speeling off about me time wasting etc.

You knew what happened First week, Because I told you.

 

You knew that the second week I was in Germany and that it was being sent to you Via a third party.

 

Only when I got back just over a week ago did I know you hadn't had it.

 

Last Monday I told you I'd find out why and sort it. Tuesday I did find out and My friend who sent it spent half a day going through parcels with damaged lables that had been returned to Deeside TNT Hub.

 

Yesterday morning I spoke to you and was genuinely suprised you hadn't had it and offered you you Money back Thinking TNT had lost it again.

 

An hour later Mac 1 rings me and says "Mark have you seen all this stuff on the board about You. It don't look good. I think you'd better do something"

 

Speek to Friend who speeks to TNT who inform us that they tried to deliver it Last Thursday, Friday and Monday. Thats three days after I knew you hadn't got it.

 

You were awhere of this Yesterday before your last post.

 

There is not much else under the circumstances I could have done.

 

There is however a whole series of things you could have done. Which I believe is clearly laid out in the Forum rules. Which you didn't do. I am pretty sick of the increased accurance of this kind of Post and collective member bashing on the hear say of another.

 

This whole thread could be construde as threatening and Liable. The Mods are ther for a reason. The rules are there for a reason.
