I need to blame something :D

Yeah i was shocked on my first big trip a few weeks ago.

That is pretty poor unless you were flying everywhere... not even 12 to the gallon...

Worst ive had out of a tank on mine is about 15 to the gallon.. Maybe you have a VERY heavy foot! ;)

conversion costs tho, there is a place that have done a twin turbo maser before, been posted up a couple of times. But the cost would be astronomical, and im lead to believe that although LPG might be half the price but the cars use nearly twice as much! So it doesnt really solve much

That's right kick me when I'm down!! ;) ;)

OK it's a chip fat burner module that I need then.....................

lol, well if you had an NA, you could probably convert it. Jap spec NA is 230bhp, few mods could be 250, if you found a slicktop its going to be as quick as a standard TT i would say.... since most are poorly sick and running around on safety boost is seems anyway!

I've never let so many trucks, vans and women overtake me since I've had this Zed!! Does wonders for moderating your driving - a car that drinks like Free Willy..............

I must admit, its taught me to drive like jesus.... im ashamed but i actually drive my laguna faster than the zed on lanes, purly to a fuel factor (and i dont care about the laguna....)

Maybe this is more the case:- 2 Kings 9:20 The watchman reported, "He came even to them, and he did not return; and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi, for he drives furiously."

I've had my tt on the road just over a week.

£57 of tesco's unleaded( its a stock uk car), got me 237 miles.18ishmpg.

Maybe this will improve, maybe not .

Did spend the first few days being a tit though.oh,yes.and the next day, er and the next day.

I was worried about fuel bills etc, but when I drive it, I couldnt care less :hyper: :hyper:

I just wonder why i didnt get one sooner. :p

Getting my Zed looked at first week in Nov.

I just want to be sure that everything that should be working is.

Once I am satisfied it's not needlessly using petrol - I will consider a re-map which sometimes increases mpg.

I'm not looking for power - it's there already. But no point in chucking the juice down the pipes is there?

I'll keep you posted and tell you what I've done and what the differences were.

I still can't believe I got one of these. It's the best kept secret that's by-passed me for 14 years!

lol.lol.lol.

compared to the class of 280 capri we have both had, with these babies you get one helluva of a lot of car for next to no money and they are much more fun than owning a 15k capri mate.more power and a chassis that can handle it ....................and the technology.

Was that the brekkie I bought? Oh yeah I remember now.

To be fair what I thought when you drove up was "If an old geezer can look cool in a Zed then a Zed it is for me" Now that's cleared that up :D
