We will be in the capable hands of Surrey Rolling Road who looked after us well last October :bow:

 

Price is £40 a car inc vat up to 13 cars, £35 inc vat for 14 or more cars.

 

They have also moved to bigger and better premises since last year, details are on their website - http://www.surreyrollingroad.co.uk

 

Payment can be made on the day (cash, cheque or credit card accepted). However, if you are down as confirmed you are expected to show unless you get in touch before the day. I really don't want a repeat of the last Thor RR day when about 4 people turned up :rolleyes:

Trying to remember from last time... I think from your car going up the ramp to coming back off, about 15-20 minutes.

Yep the car on and off the RR in 15-20 mins. The guys there do a good job all I say is when one on the RR get the next car ready too go on this way it make's it all run smoothly :duffer:

 

I be poping down might have too bring the carbon mountain bike as it's more sporty than my car :x:

I have booked for 20-25 cars and I've just received this reply from SRR:

 

Hi Steve,

 

We were not expecting so many cars, so i think its best if we start at 10am.

 

Our new site has some rules, which basically mean we can only have 4 cars at

any one time directly outside the unit. There is however a large carpark

about 50 meters away in which people can park, and walk over to the unit

until it is their turn. We have operated this system on all the RR days this

year, and it words very well.

 

So, if you could please organise the cars into slots of 1 hour, 4 cars per

hour slot. The cars for that particular slot will be outside the unit. Also,

could we limit it to 25 cars please.

 

If you could also please pass on this to your members.

 

We are based on an ex MOD base , there is still MOD activity and hence they

take their security very seriously. Please do not wander around the base.

Please also do not do donuts or speed around the car parks or the site. The

security guards will chuck you out if you do, and we have no control over

this. The entire site is covered by CCTV, which is monitored,, Including the

carparks!
