God, I can't belive how much shit i've eaten today... Started off with a MacDonalds Bigger Big Mac for lunch with fries and large coke, followed by Fish and chips with mushy peas washed down with 4 Pints watching the England game down the pub and then a mega keebab on the way home!!! :x:
I went to the gym yesterday but feel i've had more than my calorie intake for the day so gonna go again tomorrow.. On holiday this week so using that as an excuse but feel soooo guilty!!! :eek:
