Yep Jeff, if you mail me your home addy I'll send you a legitimate backup of my copy of Adobe Photoshop 6.0 - it has an excellent resize and save for web option - two clicks and you have a 300zx.co.uk-friendly 800/600 jpg no bigger than 35k.

Is it heat shrink or something ? You seem to get a very good fit around the curvy bits (fnarr, fnarr)

Andy mate you may have agood idea about the basting Hmmm project no 2 me thinks (lol)

Bloody bulb heat will cook any meat in there anyhow!!

 

Andy if you had been there when I did the first one!! it was a scream, I had this mad notion to try and cover it in one piece, and ended up twisting and covorting in an effort to pull a peice of film 17 different ways at the same time and hold a hair dryer!! my wife came in and almost wet herself laughing at me!

The film is surprisingly flexible when warm and foolows the curves ok, but a fair amount of smoothing is required.The above headlight was done in two main pieces and a couple of fill in bits that have blended and cannot be seen, in all fairness once the glass goes on it hides the edges wher the two main parts meet.
