having some work done on the car at the moment including the spoiler being taken off and a tailgate skin put on it

got the tailgate skin from luke at the z-centre but the bodyshop are having problems getting it to fit, its a 1990 swb

apparently the bodyshop have spoken to luke and hes not been the best of help, and im getting quite pissed off with them cause theyve had it for ages

but i dont know enough to actually sort it out, they say the skin fits on one side but not the other but my oem spoiler fitted the car ok!?!?

has anyone else had similar problems with these?? or have any suggestions, am trying to get hold of luke as well but thought id post here as well

thanks

Darren

Common problem with fibreglass parts unfortunatly. They will always require a certain degfree of work to get them to actually fit correctly.

they (apart from being amazingly slow) seem to be quite a competent bodywork company though and have done a fair bit of work on another forum members Z! but they say that theres no way that its going to fit?

i dont know enough about it to say either way - what kind of word do you need to do to get these to fit??
