anybody fitted one of these N tercooler

just wondered if they made any difference and where you mount them?

are they bolted onto the intercooler or radiator, or do they form part of the intake system?

Featured Replies

it will be plumbed in just before the throttle and cools the intake temp down hence more power ;)

no these spray onto your intercooler to cool it down, bloody expensive waste of nitrous if you ask me LOL.

Water is cheaper :D

surly it wouldnt matter?? cooling the air temp is cooling the air temp no matter where it is??

but i agree waste of nitrous LOL

what if you filled it with CO2, cheaper option

You would get the same result. As the CO2 is released out of the presurised bottle, it expands and cools down. Thanks to my *ahem* experiments with our CO2 fire extinguishers at work, i can confirm dry ice is foooooooooooooking cold :D:D -200 and something??????

think these are more based around co2 usage really, they are aimed at spraying across the intercooler, i think they probably would be good on hot days or if your limited on air through your coolers (bearing in mind youd need to kits for the zed unless you got a front mount) so for £700 think you could get more bhp/£
