Is it electric like the one on Taka???

Looks to me like a) there's not much holding it on and b) it will obscure rear vision.

It is supposed to be fully adgustable.

Not sure of the price. Wonder if it would be able to go on with the stock rear in that place?

Not really my cup of tea.

One word:

nuff said biggrin.gif

you are delving into extreme performance mods here for everyday cosmetic use it doesnt cut the mustard

Tooley,

I know what you're saying but I'd be very interested to know how many of these 'bolt on' bits have been proved in wind tunnels to offer any aerodynamic advantages. Even at the 'extreme performance' end of the market.

Perhaps the Zed didn't get wind tunnel tested, and achieve a drage coefficient figure of 0.32. In standard guise the Zed only has 0.07 rear lift coefficient.

Just my 2penneth biggrin.gif

Tim

Good point tttim, this one is from border and they are a big company, and on the website they have pics of airflow over parts ect. But like you say, how many of the companies who make these aero mods have acess to wind tunnels?

Answer lol ?

Yes Tim a very good point indeed

Storsek body kit is the only Kit available for the Z32 that has been wind tunnel tested and proved to decrease the drag co of the car.

That is why it cost 6K !

All the rest of just for show boyz !!! They may improve the Air flow but it is only by accident wink.gif

Now we all know why Johnnys car is so quick wink.gif

Red Tomato beats Green Pepper everytime though!!! LMFAO biggrin.gif

thats why a genius like myself went for the efficient strosek front and didnt go for the wider less efficient arches and at the same time got the the bomex spoiler for those warp speed 112mph moments when the rear needs keeping on the deck muhahahahahaha....another advantage for me is the use of bass to keep me on the floor as well that and my 19stone bulk help too

Lol Tools the man,Your car could have posotive lft comming out the ying yang and the sound will keep it from taking off at those big speeds.

Another kit you have to remember is the new 99 oem kit which reduces the car to a cd of 30 according to the nissan website in Japan.

A wing mounted on legs like that has the potential to be more efficient as the vortices which come off the ends of the wing can be controlled better through design - these are a significant cause of drag.

This particular wing appears to have a section in the centre which is there to add lift and not downforce !

Aerodynamically that wing looks crap. And even if it didn't then I'm with Tooley - who needs downforce when you can have looks.

I do like some wings like that - just not that one.

But surely sticking those wide wheels in the arches of the Strosek wide body kit would increase the drag by a large margin?

I liked that bright green one at Billing last year though. wink.gif

LOL that wing is the most ugly thing I have ever seen (no offence to anyone who is gonna buy it :d). I like that massive supra wing on that white SE car owned by that guy called Elephant but You really need wide arches for that to look right
