Noticed a small pool of grease coming what appears to be a suspension bush (see pic)

Can anyone confirm exactly where it's come from?? and what needs to be replaced.

Cheers

Up until the leak, and indeed even now, there is no "wobble" in my steering

Looks like the silicon oil in the stock bushes.

You will need to replace the bushes at some stage......

Is this a difficult job Richard??? Are there any options other then OEM ones???

have a look on here mate was talking to Luke this week about doing all mine aswell.

but have been told that they dont all need to be replaced as most are ok so your just paying for some one to do work that doesn't really need doing. Unless your doing it yourself then for the few quid it is for the bushes then you might as well get them. But it's not ment to be an easy job without the right tools ie: press

Looking at the exploded diagram on the link in the previous post I'm pretty certain it's the tension rod bushing (item 5).

Cheers for all the help chaps. Will get my mechanic to quote me on Monday.

buddy, i did mine and put polly ones in but as said before you need a press. If you take them off and take the rods to a garage they will do it for a few quid in there dinner hour lol. By the way , how you doin??
