Very nice please can I have one

Nice one Tony! What mods has the engine had then? That exhaust looks mental, must sound pretty amazing. Must be quite something for you to have got rid of your last one.

Nice one Tony - glad you managed to get her back bud!

Thanks everyone, yes nice to have it back, feel chuffed to get it back.As for it being loud, well yes but not painfull or too deep, totaly different resonance to my previous one, even Donna thought so after she had a drive out in it,but if you floor it with window open it sounds awsome,on tickover very subtle burble, good news for neighbours.

No mods engine wise, after market ecu from some jap tuning shop, oil, boost gauge,Sony head unit, great base to add a few bits ;) but following on from my other thread when i spotted it on ebay heres the final bit of the story.....

Eventualy the young lad who bought it of me in around oct 2002 blew the engine(piston popped)so car ends up at Camden Nissan Northampton, where they had a rebuilt engine from API fitted,(plus new inj and other stuff).

The car then remained at Nissan for 3 months as owner had difficulty in paying the bill(£7000 reciept)no suprise there then :D After this car done around 800miles then auto box went,so WorldwideMotors (Jap Import Specialists)had it and eventualy put in another box,and had the exhaust fabricated as that was shot, but again payment problems, where upon the car sat for some time, the owner evetualy threw in the towel with the car,so traded it in for another jap motor from them, they eventualy got round to sorting the car for sale,so four years later its back with me,new engine still not run in,auto box sorted, exhaust done, new boots,no dents/rust all electics working(even seats) the front discs/pads i put on originaly not even starting to wear, and a total of 2000miles on clock since i sold it in 2002 :D .

Two faults, lec aerial fooked, and tracking 10deg out

Will be keeping this Z for some time, only reason i got rid of it was all grief from kids at time,as it is a SWB,but now they grown up they never bloody come with me and Donna now so no worries, another bonus i can get it up and over these sodin speed humps i now surrounded with, and to be honest i do like the Z auto box,and seen as i am gettin an old git it suites :D

One question,do you think in pic its too high at rear,as it had new shocks fitted some time back at was thinking of dropping the rear by 20mm,just to even it out.
