Hi

When i accelerate the revs are dropping before they rise this causes the car to stall when its cold. Anyone have any idea what is causing this. Its an Auto by the way.

Cheers

IIRC the temp sensor often causes exactly this. It's not an expensive part to replace anyway - even from a Nissan Main Stealer.

Hi james300. Thanks for the info. What u say makes sence mine plays up when its been runing and left for about 15 min then when its warms up it fine again. can you tell me where the temp sensor is located.

Mine did this 2 weeks ago took it to zedworld and was sorted had the car 3 years and its never run as good as this.

Then i got home and decided to clean the throttle bodies  what made me do that, then i had the problem of very high revs drove it over 300 mile re set the ECU still high so had to drive back to zedworld saturday now its so smooth and quick :nana2:

Ive sorted mine thanks to james300. Turned out to be the temp ECU sender. Took the plug off and it was full of green powder. Cleaned it all out and polished contacts now its running spot on.

could you tell me where that is mate? I give it a go on mine too.

Two senders on the front of the engine on a pipe just behind fan one on right is gauge sender one on left is ecu sender. be gentle with it because with the heat and age the plug can be quite brittle.
