Tyres

Guys/Gals,

Probably one of the first things I'm going to change on me Z (hopefully picking it up this week) will be the tyres as they are getting low, I'm looking at the Goodyear F1's as i've had them before and they rock, well grip - does anyone else have any good preferences..?

I use BF Goodrich Profiler, they have tons of grip and with the power that my Z is throwing out I do get very good wear wink.gif.

Bridgestone S-02's or S-03's are my personal favorite, not the cheapest though !

ive got a pair of toyo proxes on the rear of mine (cant afford 2 for the front yet)im happy with them and for 70 odd quid they will do very nicely

Eagle F1s, real sticky stuff and seem to be lasting well too biggrin.gif

My personal favourites are Bridgestone S03's. I got them from Micheldever for (I think) £102 for the fronts delivered and £105 for the rears delivered. Must have done a good 5000 odd miles in them since and no visible signs of wear.

Ajay, good prices them, you running 18's ? will be needing a set very shortly me self, phone numbers ?

cheers

Bridgestone SO3's are definately my preference. The SO2's are slightly softer, but don't last very long. The SO3's I've got on now (since July) still look practically new. Had these been SO2's, which I had fitted previously, they would be well overdue for renewal... Shop about, you'll pick them up dirt cheap.

My current set cost - £540 (255, 40, ZR17 (Rear) and 235, 45, ZR17 (Front) Fitted and Balanced from Rapid Fit (Ford) Pride Park, Derby

Smithy - they're still the standard 16" at present. Am looking to upgrade but not just yet.
