Air vents

Going back to thread I started before about air vents,

I am only getting air out of the centre dash vents, nothing from the screen vents or footwell vents.

 

It would seem that the air direction is not being moved to each.

 

Now I guess its motorised, but where do I look to see if the plug has been knocked, taken off or a fuse gone.
