Anyone know where I can get a similar paint job to some modern TVRs (the pearlescent stuff that changes colour as you move round it)?

 

Mine needs a re-spray anyway and we were talking about it at work...

Chromascopic or Chromalusion paint, I believe Du Pont make it.

just checked on the tvr site; they charge an extra £1750 for a paint job upgrade on a new car. God knows what it will be to get mine re-sprayed. group buy, anyone???

5 litres of that stuff to paint your Z would be around £3000 just for the paint .

im a dupont user last retail price was £600 per litre but i could get a big wedge of that if your interested let me know and ill find out youll probably need 3litres for complete job maybe more if your doing engine bay etc oh and youll need 3 litres of a base coat black if the cromaflare is sprayed on anything other than black it doesn't work right cheers mark

do like my car in black but orange is very tempting - will definately stand out (even more than the car does already)

 

A bloke in plymouth has his sprayed in a bright yellowy green, he had it light purple before - got to go one better
