just been looking through all the bumph that the solicitor sent me, when he eventually got my land registry done (6 months late :rolleyes: )and realised they have sent me the deeds to my house :shock:

 

so according to my mortage advisor the bank dont have any way of proving that i i have a mortgage with them as ive got the deeds lol

all deeds are now computerised at Land Registry m8

so the house deeds are not as important as they used to be

BUT the amount of stella you drink i would post on here where you hid them

so you can check back posts, as you'll never remember :tongue:

You may well have the deeds mate but the charge your mortgage provider has over your house would still be registered........
