Right, wanting to make some more money. Not because of the Zed, but because I want to do things other than JUST fixing the Zed.

 

Now, currently, I have a job I really enjoy. Have a bit of free time in the evenings and at weekends. Have just got in contact with the boss of the company I used to work for.

 

Trying to negotiate a bit of weekend and evening work. Not a huge amount and will most likely be able to work from home. Few hours a night maybe and a few hours at weekends.

 

Anyone here have 2 jobs?

yep i do a little bit extra work. always good just in case you need that bit extra cash, and it allows me to take the missus out so keep's her sweet to.

Ive got a day job, that pay's well, and a part time (couple of nights a week) job at Hollywood bowl, which is more of a social job (and the pay is Poo ).

i will have soon, more cash for the z :dance:

The chance would be a fine thing Si. I work 6 nights a week and my only time off is Friday night. But I do earn a very fair wage for doing so. :cool:

I used to have my own DJ set up, nice little earner on a weekend often with free beer! Sold it all now since I moved South.

2 jobs and business here .. Site manager for a construction co during the day , freelance Contracts manager and running the audio business and people ask why ive got flu n run down all the time :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: but both day jo bs are going very soon :dance: :dance:

What are you wanting to know Si........I have had two jobs, especially when the kids were young and the interest rate hit 15% and then Maggie introduced the poll tax. Ive still got a soft spot her tho' ....in the North Sea.

nope one job and more than enough, my mate works two jobs and he says its great, but when we see him he is usually all ratty and miserable (never used to be)

 

he has also turned into a miser, never gets a fookin round in so he dont get asked out anymore

yup, 42 hour/week 4on 4off shift system for the brigade, 24 hour week for the family business. works well and brings in a 'few' extra pennies, but i have to introduce myself to the mrs every now and again!

I've got a day job as PA/Office Manager, evenings and weekends I work as an aromatherapist and after the summer will be teaching Reiki too at weekends

 

Depends what you want, I'd like to put some money away in savings and eventually do the therapy work full time again.

 

Don't work all the time as everyone gets knackered and some R'n'R is good for your soul.
