best ever was 300 miles, motorway gentle cruising with the roofs off! ;)

200 miles town driving is about right if you boot her from time to time

Mines pretty highly modified an i'm still getting 400 easy, steady (ish) driving!

Blimey - what's it modified to - a diesel ????? ;)

what does it mean when a cars is detonating??? i've read posts about people haveing it but never understood what it meant

Not to sure what it does, mines doing it cos i've got a mine's ECU and it doesn't like anything less than 100 octane fuel! When it dets, it sound like cracking driveshafts! Only seems to happen at really high boost!

TT mate!

Is yours still in KMS :wack:

must be.

I get about 240 miles and my car is running slow

I get about 200 at most, all my driving is town driving though and I have a habit of sitting in lower gears!

200 is my average, 400??? way to go mate, I can only get close to that on a long motorway trip at a steady 70 and then its about 360ish miles usually.

nail and head spring to mind!! 400 miles??

I get about 270 miles to a tank. But if it's pushed then forget it.

Bird does your car stink when reversing like unburnt fuel? And is the engine vibrating?

We get between 220 and 250 miles from a tank with town driving. Seems quite low considering the size of the tank.

My 5 litre bank-injected V8 is more economical, although that is in a significantly lighter car.

I get about 200-250 miles per tank has the swb got a diffrent tank from the lwb as in capacity.

i cant really guage atm not had it long enough but to 20 quid i got 125 miles, so x 3 for £60 tank full i should be getting about 375 a tank.

thats on TT, i must be getting great mpg compared to u guys

some people just dont drive hard enough LOL!!

i think it is mainy down to how u drive, just traffic now days :( i give it some every so oftern but i not had it long so im sure ill be hitting 200 miles a tank soon.

How come i'm the only person getting 400? Admittedly, its mainly motorway, but still! i usually sit at around 90mph all the way! Maybe i'm just a better driver than you guys! LOL!
