I don't think he's the first to hack BF2, many a time I've unloaded clips at other players and they've not died! They've then fired a couple of times back at me and I've been brown bread.

 

Excellent game though, play every night if I can on EA UK servers.

Errrr no! I've seen it and it's nothing like the PC version...although I haven't seen it on the 360 but have seen it on Xbox and I wasn't impressed.

Mark what's Team Speak? Me and my Bro just create our own squad or join someone else's and then use VOIP provided with BF! It's quality.

If your thinking of a home build for BF2 on a budget you will need.

 

min 3Ghz CPU (preff a AMD sempron 64 754 or athlon64 939 pin)

Nvidia 6600GT or AMD X700 to run the game well if you got more bucks go for the X1800 or GF7800

120GB HDD+

1024MB (1GB) memory 2GB is better

oh and if you get stuttering add this line in the shortcut b4 the program

TeamSpeak is a seperate voice chat program

 

same sort of thing as the ingame thing but u run it in windows

 

we use it for all our gaming and for general chat

 

awesome program, we currently have a 50 man server for our clan :)

2 gig of memory is VITAL to this game, if u have 1 gig i can guarrente you that i will be in a chopper taking a flag half way across the map while you are still loading.

 

Thats the difference a extra 1 gig of Ram will make ;)

 

What classes do you guys play?

 

i play support, PKM is THE best gun in the game imo, just gun people down with no effort at all, brillant if not hard class to play. We normally have a mixture of classes in our games, normally sumthing like this

 

support X 1 (me)

Anti tank x 1

Spec ops x 2

Engineer x 1

Medic x 1

 

Works VERY VERY well on maps like Karkand and Dragon Valley :dance: :dance:

We're testing the 360 version now and it looks amazing, much better than the PC version although it doesn't play quite the same. Although I have to agree that the xbox version looked terrible.

I've only got 1Gig of RAM and I never have any problems with slow loading/spawning etc.

 

Dual core processor probably makes a difference though! LOL :D

 

I usually team up with my Bro but if I'm on my own I just join any old squad and help out.

 

I like support and Anti-Tank, sometimes Spec Ops but my fav is being chopper pilot! Love flying the Apache's but any old chopper will do me. ;)

 

How the hell has Frack hacked the game though? I'm intrigued because what he's done is so damn effective. Still think that cheating is not on though, not fair on anyone else. Play fair and on a level playing field IMO.

Well on battlefield I am now medic whoreing to get my veteran medic badge :rolleyes:

The problem is with me is that I only recently started playing in squads, I cannot use teamspeak cos I play in the middle of the night, so beforehand I used to play the game a bit like unreal tournament :smash: plus the usual capturing bases ect....

OK thanks for that matey, have noticed that now and again the game stops just when you don't want it to, I then have to use CTRL-ALT-DEL and "Switch to" by hitting return to relaunch the game! My Bro has had the same on his HP PC aswell. I'll give this a try and see if it cures it.
