Hi, most of you guys know about me getting pulled a couple of weeks ago cos of my window tints. well today i finally decided to get rid of the tints in the driver and passenger window, im gutted!

in my opinion, its spoilt the overall look of the car, i know that probably sounds stupid your probably thinkin big wow. but i loved the look of the tinted windows, but i supose its better than haveing to constantley be on the look out for coppers at least i can just relax and enjoy the car now.

tbh..heavy tints are not that fanshionable anymore, I think it looks better now. Got that clean fresh look going on.

I would not say its spoiled the look of the car mate, the car still looks fantastic.

Agreed, still looks good, would look better without the 3/4 windows tinted. As I said in a previous thread, all or not at all. Looks odd with just those tinted and the fronts not.

mate, I think it looks sound, I had to remove my side window tints from my poopra - gutted when I done it.

 

Looking at your car now - suits it matey, looks absolutely fine - I personally like the rear 3/4 tinted and would now leave it as is.

Looks good, have you not considered a very slight tint on the fronts? as the back windows will make the fronts look a little darker and you might just get away with it.

yes mate, thing is the lightest tint apparentley lets in 54.4%light and legally it has to be 70.3% :rolleyes: which is factory tint on most cars.

and what with me getting pulled literally yards from my home and the copper saying "hello, hello, hello, this is a very distinctive car isnt it sir" i think they just want an excuse.

but ill see how i go on

Just what I was thinking.

After meeting Si and hearing about the car, Im looking forward to seeing it at the joint meet next month. Si told me it will be his first meet( I hope it wont be his last, as Si is a top bloke and will make a good addition to the Midlands group.)

Still looks nice without, I don't think its ruined the look at all. Shame you can't have any tint at all on though :(

im pretty sure you can smoke tint the front. the car looks ace dont worry about it. the only down side is that toull now have to have a new signature :cool:

Unfortunately, Z's are very distinctive cars so it is quite likely a copper will remember it and pull you again. :xxx:

 

Anyway, I think you car still looks good. :D

Looks fine, you can still go darker now on the door windows, a reputable tinter will darken them to the legal max.

If I had that car I would not want tints as I would want everyone to know it wa ME in it :cool:
