code 21= ignition signal circuit ;)

Wiring Harness or Connector to the Power Transistor Unit (PTU) has failed. Try cleaning connectors on PTU and Coilpacks first.

Can it be the PTU that is running badly?

Because actually the car is running good again...

Yep its either poor connecion (corroded connectors), broken wiring or the PTU itself.

"code 21= ignition signal circuit"

If you getting this code and the car is running it must be an old stored code. I would do a reset and test again, think you will find it gone., however as it is there anyway it would point to a previous ptu problem, checking the connectors as others have said is a good idea.
