Problem :- engine cuts out at traffic lights/junction, not every time just occasionally, and will not restart. Ignition O.K.

I have found that if the pressure is released at the fuel filter, the engine will restart and run O.K. Any ideas ??

check the FPR (fuel pressure regulator) and/or engine temp sensor.

yes, as soon as the yellow connector (i think) for the fan temp sender is disconnected the fan comes on regardless of enginetemp
