... In removing the plenum? had alook today and it looks like a big job to carry out as the car is used daily to go to work in and cannot be off the road for long. Also, is there any other things that i should consider when removing it?

thx in advance

do a water bypass while you have it apart i'm also interested in whats involved as my lifters need doing and might do the job myself

I took mine off for an oil leak at the LH rocker cover, which has started leaking again, to be honest it comes off quite straight forward but a bottle of tipex is a must, mark every connection/pipe that u remove and I took pictures at various stages as well.

I am gonna watch this post as I am gonna have to remove mine again to see if there is anything that should be done while its off as I am not sure.
