right click pic

 

open with..... paint

 

when its up go to "edit" click "select all"

 

go to "image" click "stretch/skew"

 

change % to about 80 click "ok"

 

then edit... cut

 

Click File.. open new

 

then shrink the white box that pops up by clicking bottom right corner and dragging it smaller

 

click edit paste

 

TA DA!!

 

now save and away you go

 

sound like a lot but will take u 10 sec

Isnt 1.3Mb and 1300Kb the same thing? ;)

And this site will only take 500Kb as an attachment, or did you mean into your Rides section?

do as posted above but reduce to 40 percent much better size

 

click ok and save then upload it
