yes if your buying a car with the thought of what your gonna get at the end of owning it, the the zx aint the car you want at the moment

my own way of looking at it, i couldnt give a monkeys re the value, i love the car and as long as i do will keep it

things could be worse, ie classic cars over the last few years have nose dived

ill bet someone owning say a e-type has seen at LEAST 10 grand loss on their "investment"

lets not forget we are talking mostly of a car 12-15 years old, but what other STILL looks the dogs as the zx ?? ;)

Looks a bit of a shed to be honest. There are so many tatty ones kicking about that it makes the general price of the cars seem to low. I'm still happy to pay £4k+ for a tidy unmolestered example.

It only started yesterday. Give it a chance and I bet it will make good money. I am going to keep an eye on it. :D

Mine does (well did), stomp on the brakes and my seatbelts used to lock automatically. I opened one of my door cards once and got a buzzing from one of the belts and since then theyv gone all saggy n slack like all the rest :(

i THINK theres an option on ebay when your selling a car re seatbelts and it auto puts that in, as ive seen loads of zx's on ebay with that

as you say pretensioner is when you have to buy a new unit when it locks out

yes but the difference with my belts is they didnt lock up when you tugged on em or pulled forward, they were electronically controlled so when i pressed the brakes hard they would wind in a tiny bit and then lock EVEN when i didnt lurch forward

Maybee the Fuel costs have got to him, It gets to most people particularly if used regular ? :confused:
