5-40w fully synthetic okay for a 300tt?

Yes it is i also use millers 5-40w fully synthetic for my tt, specially in winter as thinner oil circulates more quickly at colder temps.

Unless the car is heavily modded or used on track, 5w-40 fully syn is fine.

Cheers

Have to second this - it's all I have ever used in mine

Virtually stock UK spec TT, now on 84k miles, no noises or oil consumption and "textbook" oil pressure even when hot.

Fave brand to date is Shell Helix Ultra - plus I earn Pluspoints with every purchase......

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
