Has anyone fitted a double Din into their Z. I know there is space for 2 Single Dins. I think that cutting the plastic inbetween the 2 dins would leave a gap too big. Would the standard metal bracket that fastens the single din work with a double din?? :confused:

 

Or has anyone not tried this before?

Ive just fitted a double din DVD player. Had to cut the center plastic and the metal bracket hehind it to get it in. There is a gap about 1 - 2 cm at the top but the sides are fine. Will post a pic tonight for you.

Its not a true Double din. You could always get the fibreglass and filler out .....
