i like those! sweet wheels!! are they copies of axis milano's???

I have 18's on and mine is lowered about 40mm on Eibacj springs. Still seems like there is some room for bigger wheels.

I have less trouble with my current car which is lowered with 18inch rims than my old zed that was standard. The old one was terrible over speed bumps but the new ones extra couple of inch rims give good clearance despite it being lowered.

I also have better clearance now than when I had OEM wheels on, caught the underside a couple of times but not since going to 18's.

Hi Nismo

( hey you got that name copyrighted :D :D )

what makes you think they are copies

dem de real thing man

As I said I have KYB Shocks and springs

KYB do make springs (K-flex) but I did'nt think they made them for the 300zx. Which is why everyone goes with Eibach springs on KYB shocks.

You may find that whatever springs are on there are a lot lower then Eibachs....you certainly would'nt scrape speedhumps with eibachs.

Sorry if its a bit involved but I want the car to be a GT cumfy car not a tarmac burner.

Im thinking of getting Tein flex cos of the modest spring rates 8kg fronts and modest 15 mm lowering!

The tein flex is a superb setup, but at almost three times the stock spring rate they wont offer the GT Comfy ride I think your after even on lthe very softest settings.

Stock spring rate : 2.8 kg (156 lb)

Eibach spring rate : Progressive Front (185-250 lb)

Tein flex : 8kg/mm (336 lb)

Ah thats interesting

Tomorrow ill take the wheels off and take anorther look at the spring and shock . I thought it was a KYB combination.....Ill check.

Not having bought the KYB setup Im short on info.

I agree with you about the spring rates both stock and Tein flex but its hard to get a soft spring with an aftermarket kit...maybe the Tein Super Street which can match the Stock car for Ride height and has a 5kg spring rate.
