i have dealt with this seller and evreything was A1, great comms and fast delivery, was extremely pleased with the price i paid for my apexi filter

I have buy injectors by this ebayer, its a nice seller, quick reply, and good injectors.

any one know how easy it is to set up the "Apexi S-AFC 2 Super Air Fuel Controller" or is it a rolling road job best left to the pro's?

rolling road... fairly easy to adjust but without a wide band reading you can't see what your doing

The injectors he has displayed are the later model of injector, not sutiable for the vast majority of 300zx's in the uk!

Most Zeds need these Nismo's:

as Mark said, the injectors displayed on Ebay won't fit, unless you have a '95 or later model

It does say in the add that the pics are for illustration only, i have had a look at his site and its all the same pics for what ever car.

Yep, he can get you both types, have asked him already ;)

cool and very excellent price agreed? :D

Smithy States he can beat any price on his site is this true?

Erm when was that then ?

Am always happy to try and compete with peeps on ebay where possible, however on this occassion he's 75 quid cheaper than me, taking into account I supply new top/bottom seals and delivery, that said though, the 94+ ones are cheaper and he doesn't state which years are at the 430 quid quoted, PLUS whilst his pics are for illustration purposes only, I would have thought at LEAST one pic was with a Nismo box and paperwork seeing as he's such a big seller of jap parts. Also quite a few Nismo injectors have cropped up in the US on cars and have been found to either be running below or sometimes higher than 555cc.

Not saying his are copies, BUT there are now shed loads of copies of Nismo/HKS and Apexi stuff on ebay, complete with branded logo boxes and eveything, you really can't tell the difference in some cases, until it performs that is  One thing you really won't get on ebay with the cheaper gear, is the back up when summit is found faulty 6 months down the line :(

cheers

He is an internet based company and does not have the Overheads like most Businesses do! hence why his prices could also be lower.

It would be nice if we could keep just keep to our own club traders but if you can get the same quality item and same brand as well thats considerably cheaper with the same after service then your allways going to go for the cheaper trader and save money!

I am not saying this Guy on Ebay is offering the same deal or better deal than Smithy or other traders on here i am just stating a fact that everyone likes to save as much money as they can. ;)

To be truthful everyone likes a bargain and I don't blame them, but as many people know there is sometimes a risk with some of this Bargains and maybe that is the attraction.

Some ebay scampsters, completely mislead the punters saying that many aftermarket items are a straight bolt on and low and behold they are not, not badmouthing this particular ebayer don't know him from Adam.

I see there are quite a few ebayers that set up business and trade for 6 months and then vanish or set up in another name, no after service there!

If anyone wants advice about what fits with the least hassle, what actually works the best and in what direction to tune their car then give me a ring, I don't mind if you don't bring you car to me, I would rather see people with a reliable zed than a big bill and another zed being broken for parts.

Maybe the traders on here do charge slightly more than ebay, but they have been around for years and have helped in developing the UK zed scene. If something breaks they are there to help with the warranty and they have no interest in selling you a part that will blow your motor up because they will lose out as well as you!
