im taking some time out from here for a while guys.

 

i just found out that my best friend of 18 years died yesterday morning at his mothers bedside of a massive heart attack.

 

i will hopefully catch you later in the year. as i need to spend serious time with the wife.

 

also i will be standing down from the welsh organisers position, as i will not be able to dedicate myself to this for some time.

 

 

i will speak to you all as soon as is possible, in the mean time, take good care of yourselves and be with those you care about as much as you can.

thanks for your posts guys, had to get it off my chest.

 

found out what happened, he had gone to give his mother a cup of tea, knelt at end of bed and put his head on bed then collapsed. his poor mother is in her late eightys and couldnt help him so got neighbours and rang ambulance.

 

there was nothing they could do.

 

had the day to gather my thoughts and speak to friends and wife.

 

its still hard to come to terms with and i know that my day will also come.

 

however life must go on, i cant afford to sit here and dwell on this or block it out and those around me. i will try my best to keep things together here and i thank you for your support.

 

nothing is certain in this world the only thing that is is passing on.

he was my friend and i will remember him in such a way, every xmas he gave me a card without fail, i only got it from him just before xmas and is the last one i will ever have, this i will treasure always.

 

so happy new year all, take your loved ones , hold them and tell them how much you love them, do it every day and do what you want, never regret if its there do it and support one another.

 

theres things i want to do and im going to make sure i do them if i do them i will never regret not doing them.
