Anybody had success with this halfrauds tool?

Just want to know if it will do the job.

 

Don't see why that shouldn't work

Used one of those on my sons golf a few years ago - it worked fine - engine was shot...

I would have thought that the only problem on a Z engine is the distance down to the spark plug hole - about 10" I think - so if the extension on the end of the Halfords gauge is long enough then you should be fine.

Anybody had success with this halfrauds tool?

I pretty sure that I got mine from Halfords & it worked OK on the Z engine.

deffo works on the zed matey ive got one and used it on the zed a few times

I got quite a nice kit from MachineMart, had all the bells, whistles, attachments and bendy bits with it, and was cheaper for what you get I think (IIRR). Dave
