It will be cheaper to buy a skyline and pay lots of money to make it look like a Z.

Easiest way to explain it is, look at a photo of under neath the car. What ever you can see will need changing.

im not looking to do it i enjoy the rwd especially in the wet. im getting used to the rwd in the wet and motorways

Nissan considered 4wd themselves. But it would of meant the car would of had a much higher profile, especially across the front wings and bonnet.

I supposed with £20-£30k anything is possible.....it would ruin the car IMO though. Proper Sports cars are RWD ;)

TOO TRUE TOO TRUE LOL

At the minute im not even using it (cos its broke) and its still a sports car and just means its not burning any petrol and the fuel consumption is by far the best in the club at the moment

real guys want a back seat ;) , not that mine gets much use :(

People have done RB26 swaps into zeds before, I'd imagine it would be similar except you'd be adding the 4wd gearbox from a skyline too. You'd need a bespoke driveshaft going to the rear and three more for the front of the car. Having said that you might need the rear diff from a skyline (add 2 more driveshafts) as well because I don't know how well a zed rear diff would work with a skyline one up front. There's a whole load more other stuff aswell but I think the site bandwidth would run out if I listed it.

Although if all the front drive gubbins and an rb26 could be plumbed into the zed wheels I think some nutter would have already done it. I've got a feeling that it just wouldn't fit under the bonnet.

You have to cut off all the wings, front and rear and the doors then you get two great big elastic bands and wrap them round front and rear wheels. Voila, four wheel drive!
