did mine this week, the original sender is on the other side of the engine near the oil feed for the turbo, remove that and fit your new one there, you cant miss it and its dead easy with loads more access (although do not do what i did and try to plug the old lead back on as well as this will stop both from working!)

I was going to use and sandwich plate but i already have one fitted for my oil cooler so couldn't use it!

In selling it if you are interested?

Sorry to Hijack, but is it possible to keep the stock guage working AND add an aftermarket guage WITHOUT using a sarnie plate ?

I don't know cus I aint looked but is the stock sender smaller and can the stock one be fitted next to the steering rack and the aftermarket one in the stock location (if you get what I mean)

all done. cheers breakdust. the stock one is around the same size as the after market one, if not bigger. so i dont think its possible, unless you use a sandwich plate.
