what do you people think of this cold snap? ill tell you what, went for a spin in the zed the other mornin and the car just fly,s ;) all that allmost freezing air goin through the intercoolers is the zeds best friend. the diffrence from a hot afternoon in summer to a cold november morning on the cars performance is amazing :bow: the only down side to this zed friendly cold is when the twats start spreading salt :rant:

Forcast here in Canada tonight is -25. Wish I had my Z here to appreciate it. Will be down to -40 in Jan. Sadley too much snow about then to even contemplate driving a Z. Luckily the summers are long hitting 30 most days, will have to get my chilled water spray fitted by then ;)

Sounds to me like you need to by a new jacket mate!

I much prefer winter to summer. I sun burn so easily. Sitting on a beach getting sun bathing sounds miserable to me. A cold wind on my face gives me purpose.

Might be cos of my russian and scottish blood lines. I take my holidays in the winter. Off to USA east coast next week. And France, Spain for xmas :)

I prefer the summer. I tan in minutes. Hate the cold weather. My Zed stays indoors too. Don't want it anywhere near damp/wet and nasty salty gritty roads.

That's a good point mate which has reminded me, better get the Z'ed waxoiled again soon (Bloody messy job!) Gotta do it cause she's my daily ride!! :D

Our cars were mostly meant for those steamy hot summer evenings with them being almost convertable? I can relate to the original post by ZNut and what he is saying but there is a conflict IMO..... The car runs better at a time when you have to take it easier. how frustrating is that? :headvswal

Maybe some way of superchilling the air into the intake is needed? How about some way of compressing the air loads, letting it cool and letting it out again, as an expanding gas will be endo thermic, meaning the gas gets very cold!
