Car been stood for around 6 months now apart from a couple of trips to the bodyshop

Started it up today to drop the oil for the winter.

Car was smoking like fook (it smoked a tiny bit before) now its 10 times worse.

Will it be o.k. after a good run?

getting a little worried now.........

A bit peed off because I found out I havent done my light conversion properly (works fine when engine not running), coolant temp gauge dont work anymore, this n that and I have a slow puncture :wack:

Valve stem oil seals. Since it's been stood for ages, it might be ok after a good drive.

white smoke??? condensation in the exhaust.. mine smokes a little after a good rain but goes after 2mins max..

Mines the same, if its cold or raining when i fire her up first thing she smokes a bit but once she's warmed up its fine. One thing thats bugging me though, when its been running for a good while, if im stuck in traffic or stopped at lights now and again i get smoke coming up past the drivers side window - baring in mind this is the side the exhaust runs up coz its single exit, any ideas?????

does it smell oily

could be a spot of oil dropping on to the hot exhuast coming up from underneath the car,or as said just condensation-remeber now winter is here its like when we breath in the cold weather the vapour shows up,its no differant than hot fumes exiting an exhaust in to the cold
